What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, company, and how you sign in.
• Your content: the video you send and everything made from it, including transcripts.
• Usage: what was processed, how long it took and what it cost, for billing.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.

How we use it

To run the service, bill for it, support you and keep it secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Who else processes it

Cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, United States), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and the AI model providers you allow for your workspace. Each is bound to use data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Content stays while your workspace is open, and for 30 days after it closes. Billing records are kept as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction, or deletion through the contact form.
