Separate workspaces
Every customer gets its own workspace. Files, titles, reviews and usage are scoped to it on every request. A small operations team can reach workspaces only to run and support the service.
Your storage
Connect your own bucket with access you grant and can revoke at any time. We read sources from it and can deliver back to it. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Who may see your content
Per workspace, you decide which outside services may process your content, or keep everything in house. Your content is never used to train anyone's models.
Sign-in and roles
Email or Google sign-in for teams. Company sign-in (SSO over OpenID Connect) with your own multi-factor rules on Enterprise. Roles decide who can view, edit, approve, start work and see prices.
Where it runs
Our cloud in the United States by default. On Enterprise, in your own cloud account, so the video never leaves your control.
Deleting
Ask us to delete a title, its files, or your whole workspace, and we confirm deletion in writing.
